Packed to survive the journey

Glass and courier vans are not friends. Every bottle is wrapped, boxed and cushioned so it arrives exactly as it left us. If a parcel does arrive damaged, send us a photo within 24 hours and we will replace it.

7-day returns

• Unopened, sealed items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• Decants and opened bottles cannot be returned — for hygiene reasons, and because we can no longer certify them as sealed.
• Received the wrong item, or a damaged one? That is on us. We replace it or refund you in full.

Why "100% original" actually means something here

Pakistan's fragrance market is full of first copies sold as originals. It is the single biggest reason people hesitate before buying perfume online — and they are right to hesitate.

ScentWent exists because we got tired of it too. Here is exactly what we do:

• Verified international suppliers only. We buy through channels we can trace. If a supplier cannot show us where a batch came from, we do not stock it.
• Batch codes intact. Every full bottle carries its original batch code, so you can verify it yourself.
• Decants drawn from sealed originals. Nothing is diluted, topped up or mixed. The bottle is opened in front of you or on camera, and the decant is drawn clean.
• No "masters", no "first copies", no exceptions. We do not sell them, and we never will — even when they would be more profitable.

If you ever doubt a bottle

Send it back. If any item you receive from ScentWent turns out not to be original, we refund you in full and you keep the bottle. We have never had to do it, and we would rather lose a sale than your trust.
